Return & Refund Policy

General Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Cyrene Supplements products, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Items must be in their original, unopened condition

Refund Details:

  • Approved returns will receive store credit for the full product amount
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will send a prepaid return shipping label

Once we receive the damaged item, we will:

  • Issue store credit for the full amount including original shipping fees
  • Or send a replacement product at no additional cost

To Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team at  info@cyrenelabs.com.
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide return shipping instructions
  • Ship items back in secure packaging to prevent damage

Processing Time:

  • Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • You will be notified via email once your return is processed
