General Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Cyrene Supplements products, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Items must be in their original, unopened condition
Refund Details:
- Approved returns will receive store credit for the full product amount
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will send a prepaid return shipping label
Once we receive the damaged item, we will:
- Issue store credit for the full amount including original shipping fees
- Or send a replacement product at no additional cost
To Initiate a Return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return shipping instructions
- Ship items back in secure packaging to prevent damage
Processing Time:
- Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- You will be notified via email once your return is processed
