goFAT® is a breakthrough low-carb ingredient, a suite of unique, high-potency, keto-friendly fat powders including CLA, coconut, macadamia, and olive oil. Fat can promote a full feeling, help maintain blood sugar in already healthy ranges, and improve the taste and texture of products.
MCT was our previous choice, however, the quantity of MCT that can be used is limited by the GI distress it could cause. MCT also results in a very short-acting source of energy.
