Launch Night is how a Cyrene practice starts. Dr. G travels to your office, gives the patient talk in person, and answers their questions. Your team enrolls the patients who are ready, that night.

Your first Launch Night is part of your $975 onboarding.
Set the date on your kickoff call with Dr. G and our team, and hold it within 30 days of signing up. Patients hear it from the clinician who built the method, in a room full of their neighbors, at the practice they already trust.

Set the date
On your kickoff call. Reserve a room that seats 30 or more: your office after hours or a nearby event space.
Fill the room
Posters, an email to your patient list, social posts, and your front desk inviting people at every visit. Your Launch Night kit has the plan and the copy.
Confirm your guests
Aim for 25 in the room. Text everyone the week before and set up a sign-up table.
Launch Night
Dr. G gives the talk and answers questions. Your team signs up the patients who are ready.
The next 48 hours
Add the new patients in your portal, order their labs, and follow up with everyone who was interested but undecided.

Practice profit is your price minus about $1,310 in hard costs per program (labs, two reports, three months of supplements, and the Reset Room). Your first Launch Night is included in onboarding; a repeat visit subtracts Dr. G's $2,500 fee, before travel.

Bring Dr. G back whenever you're ready.
Book another Launch Night anytime: a new patient group, a new location, or a yearly event. Each visit is $2,500 for Dr. G's time, plus travel. We book his flights and hotel and send you one invoice with the receipts attached.
