What makes Cyrene Labs supplements different from other brands?
Cyrene Labs formulations are developed directly from the clinical protocols used by Dr. Steven G and our network of trained practitioners. Every product is designed to address specific biomarker-driven deficiencies identified through comprehensive blood chemistry analysis - not generic wellness goals. We use only research-backed ingredients at clinically meaningful doses, and each batch undergoes third-party lab testing to verify potency and purity.
Are Cyrene Labs products third-party tested?
Yes. All Cyrene Labs products are manufactured in a GMP-certified facility and undergo independent third-party lab testing for label accuracy, contaminants, and heavy metals. Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation is available upon request for registered practitioners.
Can patients purchase Cyrene Labs products directly?
Cyrene Labs is a practitioner-first brand. Our products are primarily sold wholesale to registered healthcare providers, who then recommend and dispense them to patients. This model ensures patients receive the right products based on their individual lab results and clinical needs, overseen by a qualified practitioner.
What is the Metabolic Reset Kit?
The Metabolic Reset Kit is a curated bundle developed from Dr. Steven G's core metabolic health protocol. It combines targeted formulations designed to support blood sugar regulation, mitochondrial function, and inflammatory balance - often used as a foundational starting point for practitioners addressing metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance.
Do your products contain any allergens or unnecessary fillers?
We are committed to clean formulations - each product label lists all excipients transparently. We avoid unnecessary binders, artificial colors, and common allergens wherever possible. Specific allergen information (gluten, dairy, soy, etc.) is listed on each individual product page and product label. If you have specific concerns, please contact our team before ordering.
Ordering & Shipping
How do I place a wholesale order?
To access wholesale pricing, first register as a supplement provider. Once your account is approved, you can log in and browse the full product catalog at wholesale rates. Orders are placed directly through the website. If you have questions during registration, our team is available via the contact page.
What are your shipping options and delivery timeframes?
We ship Monday through Friday. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information is sent once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Cyrene Labs ships within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are an international practitioner interested in our products, please reach out to us to discuss options as our distribution continues to expand.
What is your return and refund policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we are unable to accept returns on opened products outside of quality-related issues. Please review our full policy on the Terms / Privacy page.
Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale accounts?
No, there is no minimum. For questions about bulk or practice-level ordering, please contact our team directly through the contact page.
Practitioner Resources
Who qualifies to register as a Cyrene Labs supplement provider?
Licensed healthcare practitioners are eligible to register, including medical doctors (MD/DO), naturopathic doctors (ND), chiropractors (DC), nurse practitioners (NP/APRN), registered dietitians (RD), and other qualified clinicians. Proof of licensure may be required during registration to verify eligibility and protect the integrity of our practitioner-only model.
What do registered supplement providers receive?
Registered providers gain access to wholesale pricing on all products, priority access to new formulations, and program updates.
Is becoming a supplement provider different than joining Trusted Doctors?
Yes, registering to become a supplement provider will give you wholesale access to the Cyrene Labs supplement line. Joining the Trusted Doctors will give you access to the exclusive Trusted Doctors community. The two are not related, and separate logins are required. It is free to become a supplement provider, but the Trusted Doctors is a paid community.
Blood Chemistry Immersion
What is the blood chemistry immersion?
The Blood Chemistry Immersion is a training program designed by Dr. Steven G. It teaches practitioners how to interpret comprehensive metabolic blood panels at a functional level, going far beyond standard reference ranges to identify early dysfunction, optimize patient health and build targeted supplement protocols.
How is this education different from standard lab training?
Standard lab training teaches practitioners to identify pathology using population-based reference ranges. The Cyrene Labs Blood Chemistry Immersion focuses on functional optimization by identifying suboptimal patterns before disease develops and constructing patient-specific supplement and lifestyle protocols based on biomarker trends. The model also allows for real-time case discussion and peer learning in a structured environment.
How do I enroll in the Immersion education?

Is continuing education credit available for the immersion?
CE/CME credit availability varies by cohort and licensing body. Please contact us or check the current enrollment page for the most up-to-date information on credit availability for your specific designation.
Wholesale & Pricing
How is wholesale pricing structured?
Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to registered practitioners. Once your account is approved, you'll see pricing in your account. Volume-based pricing may be available for higher quantity orders. For specific pricing inquiries, please contact our team after registering.
Can I create a dispensary for my patients through Cyrene Labs?
Not at this time, but we are in development for a service that will allow your patients to order directly.
Are there any fees to join the wholesale program?
There is no fee to register as a supplement provider and access wholesale pricing.
Account & Support
How do I reset my password or update account information?
You can reset your password via the login page using the 'Forgot Password' link. Account details such as shipping address, billing information, and contact preferences can be updated within your dashboard once logged in. If you run into any issues, our support team can assist via the contact page. Please note the login for the supplement account and education portal are different.
How do I get in touch with the Cyrene Labs team?
The best way to reach us is through our Contact page. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days. For urgent matters related to an existing order, please include your order number to help us respond as quickly as possible.
Where can I find the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?
Our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are available on the Terms / Privacy page. This includes information about data collection, your rights, return policies, and the terms governing use of the Cyrene Labs website and services.
I'm having trouble placing an order - who can help?
If you encounter any issues during checkout or order processing, please contact our support team with a brief description of the problem along with your account email and the products you were attempting to order. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Trusted Doctors
What day and time are Grand Rounds?
Every Wednesday at 5pm PST / 8pm EST. Sessions run approximately 60 minutes.
Can I bring my own patient cases to Grand Rounds?
Yes. That is the entire point. Grand Rounds are case-based and interactive. You bring real scenarios and work through them with Dr. G and the group.
Do you offer structured education?
No. This is a community with weekly live clinical support. The Blood Chemistry Immersion is a separate program that is currently in development. Community members will get priority access and a discount when it launches."
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and added to the library. You can watch on your own time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitment beyond the current month.
I'm not a doctor. Can I still join?
The community is for licensed healthcare practitioners (MDs, DOs, DCs, NDs, NPs, PAs, and similar). If you are unsure whether you qualify, reach out and we will let you know.
What is the founding member price?
$149 per month. This rate locks in for founding members and will not increase. The price for new members goes up at the end of 2026.
